Born into the Cantor Clan, David spent most of his early childhood on starships travelling through the Old Republic. During a trip from family relatives on Corellia, David's transport was attacked by pirates and captured. Despite offers of a ransom, the pirates refused to return David and were soon forced away from the area by the Republican Navy.
For the next seven years, David served as a slave for the pirates, but was able to impress one of their pilots with his technical skills and was soon assigned to maintain one of their old fighters. During one battle with military forces, the pilot assigned to the fighter was injured and David stepped up for him. His quick and wild tactics confused the military forces and the pirates scored a major victory, capturing several advanced fighters and a few capital ships.
With the announcement of President Palpatine to Emperor Palpatine, Imperial forces were faced with a conflict-ridden galaxy. For the next five years, David worked and tricked his way up through the pirates' chain of command while leading raids and attacks against Imperial forces. While his flying skills were impressive, his ability to plan a strategy across an entire sector saw him become the pirates' leader and he was able to gain an alliance of several other smaller pirate gangs. It was during this time that David meet and married a survey pilot by the name of Azonia who later gave birth to their only child, Sarah.

Significant events of adulthood:

At the age of thirty four, David was unfortunate to run into a group of Imperial Intelligence Agents and was captured. With a large bounty on his head and a loyal alliance of pirates ready to free him, even some of the Imperials were cautious in how to handle him. Luckly, events saw David's loyalty change forever. One pirate lieutenant used David's absence to carry out a raid which injured his wife and angered David. With such a succes, the pirates began striking out and David agreed to help the Imperial in destroying the pirates. Overcome with rage at the destruction of the honour and glory he had given the pirates, David decided to join the Imperial Armed Forces in order to restore Law and Order.
Entering the Academy on Coruscant, David excelled in all subjects due to his previous experiences as a pirate. Graduating shortly after the Battle of Hoth, David was assigned to Admiral Flanken in the Javin system to hunt down any Rebels fleeing Hoth. In a series of battles, David proved highly effective against the various enemies of the Empire and was soon promoted to the rank of General while serving under Grand Admiral Thrawn.
When news of the defeat at Endor reached Thrawn's command, a few ships defected or left for unknown destinations. With now limited resources and a damaged fleet under his command, Thrawn began to impose Imperial rule on surrounding systems in order to re-build his damaged ships. During this time, much of the day-to-day affairs of Thrawn's flagship, the ISD Gray Wolf, was taken care of by David. When news reached him of the Emperor's Hammer new headquarters, Thrawn asked David to transfer to the EH, who rather hesitantly agreed to leave the Gray Wolf and join the EH.
After joining the Emperor's Hammer, David was assigned to Inferno Squadron on the ISD Challenge. Nearly two months after, he was promoted to the position of CMDR of Inferno Squadron. Although the next year would be a bumpy one, David was promoted to Wing Commander and then Commodore of the ISD Challenge.
For the next year, David would lead the ISD Challenge as it grew in strength and ability, resulting in the victory over the SSSD Sovereign in the Sovereign Squadron League. With one year of commanding the Challenge under his belt and very little chance of promotion, David dediced to stand down and transfer to the Reserves Corps.
This status lasted only 3 or so days before David transfer firstly back to the Challenge and then to the ISD Colossus. Ten more months would pass while David served as a flight leader in Mu Squadron before he achieved one last goal, the chance to fly in Typhoon Squadron.
Although given the chance to fly with some of the best in the TIE Corps, pressing family matters soon forced David to retire and would remain in the Reserves for one year until he returned to Inferno Squadron.

Empire - Not the strongest supporter of the New Order, given his up-bringing and attitude to politics. However, not much about the New Republic's ability to control the many races has impressed him. EH - A proud and noble organisation, has a lot of good in it and shows that somethings do cross all borders.
