LCM Talon Virgilio has achieved first place in the Omega Banner Competition hosted by LC Diaboli!!! According to competition details, an IS-BR should be awarded, however, by recommendation of SA Cyric, since it was a fleet wide competition, the award has been upgraded to an IS-SR. LCM Virgilio has constantly proven himself to be a pillar of activity in Flayer Squadron. He completed 16 missions in December, in addition to participating in his CMDR's non-flying competitions. He stays in good communication with his superiors and stays in touch with fellow pilots on via IRC. For his dedication and courage in combat, I am proud to recommend LCM Talon Virgilio for this Imperial Security Medal.

Since joining Flayer Squadron, LT Virgilio has shown that he is an excellent example not only to the squadron, but to the whole TC. He has demonstrated a great level of activity. Not only did he fly 119 missions just this month, he also completed an IWATS course and created an excellent new banner for Flayer Squadron. It looks like the Lieutenant continues to be one of the best and more active pilots of Wing XIX. It is for this reason that I request that LT Talon Virgilio be awarded with the Bronze Star of the Empire.

It does not happen often on the ISD Subjugator, that a Commodore recommends a Flight Member for the highly covetted Bronze Star of the Empire. Such a medal is valuable and only meant for extraordinary achievements. I do believe that, in this case, such an award is warranted. LT Talon Virgilio displayed determination and stamina by completing 119 missions in one month - or 18 days to be exact. Moreover, the Lieutenant comes with high praise from his squadron commander for helping him out with a squadron project. This medal is meant to recognize the effort he made and to encourage him to excel.

The LT and I had a deal, that if he got 100 FCHG points by Labor Day that I would give him an ISM. Well, he didn't make it, but, being the nice guy that I am, I want to recognize the effort he made, and give him an ISM anyways. Good effort, LT...almost had it!
