As I do realise that this medal is perhaps, 2 years overdue, I have some explaining to do in order for it to be awarded. You see, when I resigned from command of Wing V in April 2003, it was the 18th, and I had this competition (comp ID 206) running for top pilot of the month in which case the most active pilot of the month would receive an IS-SW. The most active pilot of April turned out to be CM BubbaX, whom never received his IS-SW since I was no longer Wing Commander. Now since I want him to stop bothering me about this medal (And I made a battle about it to compensate, but its still not enough :P) I am awarding him his IS-SW. I beg of you, Operations Officer, to please let this very, very late Medal through. Thank you.

I award this medal to AD BubbaX for the work he has done, the ADMIRALBLE work he has done in restoring the prestige, activity, and strength of the once faltering TCBG. He has single handedly turned the BG around through stout leadership, strong command choices, and strong appointments. This medal is awarded for his assistance and dedication to the TC and the TieCorps BG in compiling the roster list for the TC BG while the BGCOM was having computer difficulties. His service was above and beyond that of any COM, and without his help, the processing would've taken a lot longer than it did. I appreciate the effort as does AD Mell Kerrigan!

VA BubbaX is an asset to me. without his assistance since talking over the BG I doubt I would still be in a job. He has managed to keep the BG moving during the last month of trauma and turmoil with my PC crashes and leave I have been forced to take. Having handled 2 months worth of MSE's at BGCOM Level and also keeping a healthy ship running is a rare site nowadays. If a GS were in my awarding capability this fine officer would receive it, however the most i can do is a Silver Star which he has earned whole heartedly.

Since taking over as RelCOM, RA BubbaX has continued the tradition of excellence he began as the Wing XI WC. He has raised numbers on the Relentless, brought a new spirit to a ship that had been tried by a number of unfortunate circumstances, and expanded activities into new areas. The Rel has begun some MP activities under his leadership, and has become one of the strongest ships in the BGs. This is due in no small part to his outstanding leadership and example. He is a credit to his service and his uniform, and a Bronze Star is a small token to recognize all that he has accomplished in the past few months.

BubbaX was appointed to the Immortal at a time when it needed a strong WC. Fortunetly for the Imm... it got an *outstanding* WC. BubbaX has done much to reinviorate the Imm, providing excellent recruiting services, running numerous comps with large participation, and much to begin to put this ship back on the course it needs to go. In all of my three years of TIE Corps experience, I have never worked with a better WC who was more dedicated to the people who he was over and more helpful to those who he was under. BubbaX is largly to thank for the improvements that have occured on the Immortal in the last month, and on a personal note, he truely helped me to settle in to my position of COM and did everything in his power to work with me, as a team. I could not have asked for a better WC, and I don't think I'll ever find a proper replacement. For all his works on the Immortal, Bubba has never been awarded a medal, and I believe the least we can do for him is give him a Bronze Star of the Empire.

Lieutenant Bubbax has been overlooked on the past MSEs. He bkeeps excellent e-mail contact and fly’s some. In the past 5 months he has reached 175 FCHG points and other exploits but never even received a merit medal to show for it. LT BubbaX is way overdue on this reward. He is a leader in Sadhe squadron and prooves to be an excellent example to his peers. He is by far the most active in his squadron and a big help to his CMDRs at all times.
