Greven,
It has been an honor and a pleasure to have you as my XO. You've been an asset ever since I took command of Shield Squadron, and have taken on responsibilities above and beyond the call of duty. You are a fine example of an officer, and it will be very difficult to replace you. You took your punishment as an officer and a gentlemen. I wish you luck in all your endevours, and I want to tell you that whatever you decide, you will always be welcome in Wing IX, and under my command. Thank you for everything. I'm really going to miss you.
GT, as we all know, recently lost all his medals when found guilty of cheating. However, this medal has nothing to do with his flying. He was simply the best XO I've ever had. He wrote reports every week (without being required or even asked to do so), he ALWAYS took the inniative with recruitment and prodding lazy pilots back into activity, and was often sucessful. As he is retiring to join the real armed forces, I wish to give him this meager award in recognition of his dedication throughout his career, and to thank him for all his hard work. Such a fine officer and gentlemen shouldn't be allowed to leave this club without at least one honor left him.

"LCM Greven Targaryen has been a vital asset to me as Squadron Commander. He is an active pilot, and participates in almost all competitions availible, but the real reason he deserves this medal is the more intangible qualities he posses. He helps me contact inactive pilots. He does a lot of helping cadets. He does everything I ask him to do, and then some. Basically, he is the kind of Squadron XO every Commander wishes he has, but that none ever get."
