For dedicated and loyal service as Flight Leader of Tornado Squadron. TM stepped down a while ago, but we were unable to award the medal due to the database being down. Whilst Flight Leader, TM submitted all reports on time, flew in all major competitions, and was one of the most active pilots in the Squadron. He provided a fine example for those under his command, and is a credit to his squadron and to himself. He is more than worthy of this medal.

For activity well above and beyond the call of duty! Tomaas has managed to fly an absolutely staggering 102 missions this week alone (last week he flew 51, just for the record!). Not only this, he has also found time to send in two Flight reports on time, start several message board discussions, and put in a great deal of time on IRC. Phenomenal work!

Comments: I really got to stop saying the same thing every month, “I cant ask for a batter Flight Leader†but I cant help it, look at his activity, not only did he fly everything I asked of him but he flew more! Not only that but he is active on IRC, the Run-on Fiction and mailing lists. Not only that but his Flight Reports are on time every week.
Recommendations: If possible, I request he is awarded a Silver Star for his exceptional service to Tornado Squadron and the ISD Challenge in general.

Comments: As I said last month, I cant ask for a better FL, he and Shak are both my most active pilots and my FL’s. Tomaas has (and is) experiencing computer problems from the 22nd, however his activity from the 4th onwards where he was awarded a PC for his hard work last month is quite outstanding, I believe he deserves a PC for his activity this month.
Recommendations: He be awarded a PC for his outstanding work as he isn’t able to be promoted to July, and if he keeps his activity up he will be promoted then no problems.
