Imperial Security Bureau intelligence files trace Havok back to interrogation on Tatooine at port of Mos Eisley. A Clone war era Dreadnaught undergoing extensive repairs for a hull breach, including four Z-95 Headhunters, were detected and inspected in orbit over the planet. Inspection revealed the damage to the Deadnaught to be from a collision and multiple laser blasts. Interrogation revealed the location of the wanted leader Atha Prime and his cloning facilities.
Apparently Havok was in pursuit Atha Prime and his Clone warriors near Gerbaud 2 and escaped destruction by vectoring his ship into a collision course with the Dreadnaught. Havok and his crew defeated the Clone warriors aboard the Dreadnaught but not before Atha Prime had escaped in an emergency escape pod. Being the only person alive to confront Atha Prime and live, the Empire paid for the repairs to the Dreadnaught and offered Havok a commission in the Imperial Navy in exchange for information. Havok agreed to the offer only if he would first be granted the opportunity to hunt down Atha Prime. The Empire (by order of Emperor Palpatine) granted the wish of Havok for his expertise in the apprehension of high value targets. The location, reason and events surrounding the apprehension and neutralization of Atha Prime are classified. Havok returned from the mission and started his training as a pilot in the Imperial Navy.
