This is LONG overdue for Leeson. He's coded a major EH subgroup site, the CD site, which itself alone is grounds for a CoE. But not only that, he's coded the CD iBank and Stock Exchange, he's done the ASF site, a Hawkeye I site, and the new ISD Vanguard site. All in all, he's certainly deserving of a CoE which I should've given him long ago.

VA Leeson has helped to create and maintain the ASF BG website. He has assisted me in tabulation of scores and web design for the ASF SC.
He has consistently aided me in administrative duties for the ASF, and motivated his crew to exceptional heights within the last month.
He has led by example and has been one of the better COMs that the ASF has seen.

AS part of my Monthly Assesments, RA Leeson has shown outstanding dedication and leadership for the ISD Vanguard. He continues to lead by example and sets a fine example for his crew. He is one of the best COMS the Vangaurd has seen!

A Bronze Star is perhaps not enough to show my appreciation for the work CM Leeson does. Besides that he again single handedly created an awesome Vanguard Newspaper this month (http://thevanguard.isfun.net/), he also coded and set up an eggdrop bot for our channel #Vanguard and has been working near fulltime on the "Virtual Vanguard" Project (a graphical MUD/virtual reality), coded a form/database for the next MP combat competition... AND remains a very good CMDR in the process. Like I said, a BS is perhaps not enough... but I hope the gesture is enough for now;)

Due to the fantastic efforts of LT Leeson, our new Chief Edittor, we were finally able to release the new edition of the Vanguard, our ship's newspaper. He might not have written all of the articles - but he did write most of them and he completely put the whole paper together, something I myself haven't been able to do for months, and has started working on the next edition already! Great work Leeson - thank you very much:)
