Gen was fully active in the Redemption Squadron League and answered to every single challenge in the Flame the WC. He has shown that beating him isn't easy and unlike his opponents, he doesn't get an IS-BW for winning. For being a true warrior and a dedicated WC, I recommend an ISM for him.

He flew 34 Missions this month (more are pending because of HS), did 1 IWTAS-course takes part in competions and is seen a lot in IRC. In my opinion a PC is well deserved.

Gen has done a very good job in keeping Wing V in fighting shape. His leadership is one of the few reasons his wing has been able to stay open during a crisis of pilot losses. He has what it takes to keep the wing together, and his personal efforts to grow the wing have been tireless. He deserves a lot of recognition fror his unsung work.

General Es'mith has done an exceptional job in Wing I, especially since the TIE Corps database problems arose. He has gone the extra mile to motivate Wing I's pilots and keep them involved. He daily offered praise and help to all pilots as needed, and consistently kept up communications and reporting functions. To top this off, he has flown consistently on various platforms, racking up at least 10 battles or free during the past couple of months.

GN Es'mith has been a model WC over the past several weeks, maintaining a firm grip on the wing and performing all paperwork on or ahead of schedule. He also is a constant source of encouragement to all wing members. Further, he just concluded a great competition in which he flew free missions against all wing members who dared.

MAJ Proton and I agree that LC Es'mith should have been promoted to full COL, but due to an unfortunate break in his duties as CMDR / Aylin, we have to wait a while yet before the FO will approve this one. Es'mith is one of the finest CMDRs we've worked with, and a Silver Star is our way of saying "thanks!" for all the fine work he's done . . . :)
