CMDR: Mell remains a vital support for my own activities as CMDR and has acted as A-CMDR twice in my absence. As a sounding board and source of advice his experience is always well received by the whole squadron, backed by his own flight activity. 22 LoCs proves he can lead by example and he remains a valued XO.

SOO's review: Agreed on the recommendation of a much deserved Palpatine Crescent for Colonel Kerrigan. In addition to the excellent fulfillment of his duties as Flight Leader and personal performance on the Star Conflict multiplayer scene, we know we have him there for he's someone to be taken in count to provide new ideas and suggestions for the advancement of the Fleet as a whole given his vast experience as both a pilot and a commanding officer within the ranks of the TIE Corps.

For his service to the squadron and wing, in 36 LoC's wins, high level of communication be it Email, Steam or irc, and the fact that he is always there to help a fellow TC member. For all this I recommend a PC to be awarded to Mell. January Alpha MSE.

SOO's review: Colonel Kerrigan's achievements on the Star Conflict multiplayer scene, seen as match victories and deserved Legions of Combat coming from them were (and still are) helping The Emperor's Hammer to claim the online recognition it has always deserved as the best Star Wars based gaming club to ever populate the net. If we take in count his excellent activity on communications with the whole Fleet and his readiness to offer his helping hand to those needing it regardless of their assigned units, that's enough for me to approve the awarding of a deserved Palpatine Crescent for his activity on January. For his continuous work on COO Office projects and his support and technical expertise in running mOnkb0t. Mell has volunteered his services as the host and scripter of m0nkb0t for over 7 months. In this time he has created competition scripts for 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and ladder scripts. Recently he updated the bot so that it will now function for freeworlds events. His outstanding dedication and hard work on this project is a benefit to the fleet at large!

For his service to the TC and the Flight Officer in seeing to the quick retreiving the TIECORPS BG rosters and making sure that his BG was in the right order after the DB crash, all while having computer difficulties. His actions assisted me with a daunting task and made the processing proceed in a timely fashion. This was done in the face of a crash not seen by the TC in a long while, and he handled himself with the utmost professionalism and is a credit to the TC and the EH!

Since his inception as TIEBGCOM, AD Mell has performed above and beyond, handling many flag changes, averted a few minor issues through diplomacy, and created more activity for the Battlegroup. AD Mell has also been instrumental in bringing in "older" members back into the TC which brought experience,and activity back to the Tie BG. He has slowly started to turn the BG around from the despair that it was in. AD Mell has also run and moderated a few TC meetings on Mirc for me when I was unable to attend.For this I thank AD Mell and award him the Bronze Star.

Since COL Mell is my COOA, he did a formidalbe job within the COC. He commands the COC when I am on leave, he is organicing the hosts, he is the new master of DarkFyre and recodes him if needed, he pays the shell for DF, and if there is an emergency he always helps me out. The COC won't be the same if Mell wouldn't be here. Great Work, and I hope you continue a long time.

In the 3 months that Mell has been Commodore, he has brought the ISD Colossus from nearly being decommisioned, to one of the most active ships in the battlegroups. Mell can often be found on irc helping out his pilots and is always prompt with his email replies, and is the only COM that has been sending me ship reports since my time as BGCOM . As well, he manages to participate in fleet wide comps such as the Outer Rim War, and encourages his pilots to also participate.. leading by example. I feel that Mell's great morale boosting activity and hard work has not gone unnoticed by all his pilots, as they all show him the respect he deserves and have nothing but good things to say about him. For example from one of his CMDRs, CM Darknyte :
VA Adrenaline,
For 3 months now I've served under Mell on the ISD Colossus. During that time Mell has time and again performed above the call of duty to make sure that every pilot on in his command is well taken care of. On numerous occassions Mell has went out of his way to help others both in TC and RL related concerns. With these factors in mind I would suggest that you please award Mell a Gold Star of the Empire for his dedication and tireless service to not only his ship, but the entire TC as a whole. Mell has extended not only his respect to me, but also his friendship during my time on the Colossus, and I feel that he is a fine officer and if anyone is deserving of this award, it is most certainly him. Thank you for your time, Ma'am!

While they seem to think a GS is appropriate, I feel a Silver Star is more on the level of Mell's activity and undoubtedly feel its necessary to award him as such. His loyalty and dedication should not go unrecognized. Thanks for your time.
