LC Tiger has performed a tremendous service to his squadron. Within 20 minutes of being asked, he began to work on the slightly outdated squadron website. This kind of dedication deserves to be noticed, and awarded.

LC Tiger has served as CMDR of Shield Squadron for many months now, and does an excellent job in that position. LC Tiger has been the only constant since I've taken command of this wing, and in that time, he has helped me a great deal with many aspects of the wing. In addition to this, he is a constant source of "Lead by Example" for his squadron, from flying normal missions just because he wants to fly, message board, email and IRC activity, participating in all competitions, and much more.
LC Tiger has not recieved an award in many months, despite having flown close to 400 missions in the past several months, taken tons of IWATS, and done everything he could to better his squadron and his wing. He is most deserving of this medal, and hope we'll see a litle bit more out of Tiger before he retires. Congratulations Tiger

MAJ Tiger has shown a great deal of improvement in his activity levels this month. He has completed several IWATS all with above 93 % scores, he made Shield Squadron a vital part of Wing IX again and he made sure that his Pilots stay motivated and active. By improving his activity in communications and other parts, he also achieved that his Pilots activity levels improved. Please award him an ISM for his efforts during January.

CPT Tiger, on his own initiative, created dress, duty, and flight suit uniforms for every member of the ISD Relentless, as well as the BGCOM. He also created smaller versions for upload to the TC Database, and uploaded all of these images to his own website so the rest of the wing could easily access it. The sheer amount of time and energy used to undertake this, which was done of his own initiative, at the very least deserves recognition with a PC. There are very few pilots who go out of their way to take such initiative, and when it happens it should be properly recognized and encouraged.

Looks like we got the old Tiger back, at least for the summer and it makes me very happy. He's eager and stays in touch. An excellent month for him after a pretty decent June.
Recommendation: PC for his contributions in June and July.
WC Comments: Not listed here are CPT Tiger’s numerous graphics submissions during the month. Tiger had a reasonably rounded out month of activity and I’ll award the PC as a reward and an incentive for next month.

Details: I've noticed since the short time that CM Tiger has held the position of Squadron commander that the number of recruits has risen steadily. Despite losses of myself and CPT Kitane for Praetorian Squadron with the tutelage of Tiger it seems Hammer Squadron is finding new strength from within.
