He also proved he's a good CMDR in difficult times.

Anthony Starr took over as Eta CMDR late in the month, and quickly impressed. Dealing with AWOL's and MIA's straight away and managing to fly 16 missions and take part in wing competitions as well as maintaining his CMDR duties. For this impressive start Starr has earned himself a ISM.
