Additional notes: This Pilot is very helpful as FL and Cit Officer.
Recommendation: I want to recommend this Pilot for PC for His work as FL and CO.
As FL, this Pilot is very communicative person, which try to keep activity in His flight.
Also this Pilot is me right hand in extreme situations (as on-leave, or when I need assist).
Moreover He have many good ideas, which I use in competitions.
As CO Pilot writing weekly CO reports, where He assign battles for each Pilot, to gain more citations.
Thanks to His hard work, We've hit 14 Cits right now.

Wing III weekly trivia, first place. Although the competition is from the "old" system, this is a medal that was earned before the switch. There is no new version of the competition because it is being redone.

I want to apply for ISM medal for This pilot. He flew almost 8 battles in no longer than 2 weeks, mailing me few times per day. He's also present on all meetings, making all My orders (trying to recrutit new Pilots, making non-official reports like WAP - Weekly Action Plan). Thanx to Him, Gimel have 5 new citations. Also He's very interested of sq's live, loyal. As FL, He help Me in everything, He can. Thats why I want to reward Him.
