Name and rank:   High Admiral Ender mBind

ID line:   RSV/HA Ender mBind/M/FRG Phoenix

  Gender:   Male

  Species:   Caponian

Date of Birth:   20 years before the Battle of Endor

Place of Birth:   Deep (hyper?) Space, but registered at the Utapau System.

  Marital Status:   Single

Family information:   none. Descendant of Super Bulk Freighter Family - huge ore carrying craft usually many times bigger a SSD. The freighter's size and length is variable, it picks up a metallic asteroid and starts processing that into raw purified metals while it courses towards it's customers - usually in the depleted core-systems. Usually a family business, crews average out on ten to fifteen people. This makes them vulnerable to attacks but they tend to spend most travelling time in hyperspace and in convoys.

  Social status:   Destitute

Significant events of childhood:   Whole family was killed by a pirate raid on the convoy they were in about 5 years prior to the Battle at Yavin. Survived the attack by using his hand-built "flyable" scale model of a TIE Bomber to get off the ship and was saved by the Imperial backup forces called in by the convoy’s escort. That happened to be 46th Bomber Group – operating out of the ISD Dominator. Stayed with them, as a kind of mascotte (the T/B scale model still decorates their ship canteen's ceiling) and trained to fly T/Bs in their simulators. When of age his application to the Imperial Academy was approved speedily.

Significant events of adulthood:   Was made squadron commander (L/Col) of the elite nuclear bombing squadron set up by Chief Bast (from Tagge's office) as a alternative to the Death Star plans. Stayed in command of the "Multiple independent nuclear delivery Bombers" and it's base of operations - the Bt.Geux IX NavalBase - till the Battle of Endor, when the squadron found itself stuck in hostile territory. Converting an old rusty freighter to carry their bombers the squadron fought its way back to Coruscant, where it desolved itself. (What happened to their experimental but very deadly craft was never known). Vowed never to take command or join the Navy again. Then tried to get into independent civillian freighter flying (also known as "smuggling") but although it lasted for about 3 or 4 years it wasn't a very sucsessful business. Another barely survived pirate attack made the decision to join the TIE Corps easier... as everything owned was lost there and then and it was a TIE Corps ATR that picked him up out of space. Flew only T/Bs in the TIE Corps of course and sucsesfully ran Flight III of the Krayt Bomber Squadron on the ISD Intrepid for almost a year. It was here that he joined back up with the old rusty freighter he had used to escape to Coruscant before. An old squadronmate needed the cash and he was able to use the Krayt Squadron petty cash to get it back into his possesion. (Well, ok... officially Krayt Squadron's possesion). A promotion to Wing Commander forced a move to the ISD Vanguard... which desolved his vow not to assume command again. Reorganized Wing XV on the Vanguard and earned a promotion to Vanguard Commodore not many months after arriving aboard. Was very sucsesfull as VanCOM (doubled ship numbers, ship awards etc). Had taken his rusty freighter along and now sucsessfully used it as a pocket-battleship in cases an ISD would be a bit too conspicuous. (Somewherea round this time it also became his actual propperty). A year into being COM, a conflict occured with the top brass of the fleet which made him leave the Corps and re-assume his vow. Using his freighter, he roamed around the Rim as a mercenary TIE Bomber pilot, even fighting his old mates if payed to do so (For example during the UPA-EH war.) until his old base at Bt.Geux IX was reached again. Helped warding off a great pirate raid there... which made the realisation occur that only the Empire can really bring peace and security to regular civillians... and that the closest there was to the Old Empire was still the Emperor's Hammer. Flew back to Aurora and reconciled with the fleet, putting himself at its mercy to be able to serve it again. Served for a while as a Bomber pilot again in Echo Squadron on the ISDII Vanguard before moving on to the Science Office. Is currently the longest serving Science Officer of the Emperor's Hammer and has in this time developped countless things to improve ships with, the cuddly but useless Mutant Ewok Clones, the infamous Snij-Clone Batallion (The most destructive force in the galaxy), various types of weaponry and installations. Also reorganized the Order of Battle to improve its strike power and reduce cost. Is seen by his superiors as useful but badly controlable. Has had several clashes over his attitude and his tendency to just say so when he does not agree - which is frowned upon in any gunta. As a result has been demoted a few times and doesn't get promoted any further.

Alignment and attitude:   lawful evil with a tendency to go into chaotic evil/good "More Imperial then the Emperor himself" used to be the applying saying in the old empire. Lives TIE Bombers - if there is no real mission, then there is still the simulator. Was satisfied with just staying a T/B pilot, having been in command of a more complex command structure several times already - but now has an even bigger challenge. His biggest fear is getting de/promoted out of this craft - but then again that could be avoided.

Previous occupations:   Has been a T/B pilot for as long as he can remember - with a short stint as a Freighter Captain between Endor and finally finding and joining the Emperor's Hammer the first time. Has held about all ranks between Cadet and Vice Admiral (twice), knows quite something about the technology of a TIE Bomber and at one time vapourated the surface off rebelious planets for a living.

Hobbies:   Messing around with M/FRT the Luggage, an old left-over from his "MindB" days - keeping (or "getting") it running. Flying and modifying TIE Bombers - simulated and real. Draws/Designs all kinds of things, from dwellings and ships to space battle scenes.

Tragedies in life:   lost whole family in Pirate Raid when young. lost the squadron that was his replacement family after Endor.

Phobias and allergies:   bureaucrats and anything even remotely close to it... though as a real Bomber you also hate Interceptors ofcourse. (not just the T/I - but all craft keeping the bomber from his goal) Highly dislikes all aquatic species as food. Dislikes being on planets. "The climate control is terrible, the gravity setting is always off the scale and there's bugs everywhere!"

  Views on the Empire and
the TIE Corps:
The Empire brought peace - the Rebellion brought war. The Empire was the legal, even democraticly chosen, gouvernment in the galaxy. Emperor Palpatine abolished the Republic's bureacracy and corruption. That angered many of the old ruling classes - who started their elitist uprising. During the Empire there was peace - except where the Rebels brought their war. Now the EH provides some peace to whatever small amount of systems she can provide peace to. I support that. What I don't support is all these "Imperial" warlords who battle among themselves.

  Reason for enlisting in
the TIE Corps:
In these days of anarchy - the Emperor's Hammer is the thing that comes closest to the Old Empire. I have no hope in the old Empire returning, just as the Rebels should have no hope in their Old Republic Returning. But if I can kill just a bit more pirates and rebels before I die...

Other comments:   *always wished he could fly TIE Advanced Bombers with nuclear payload (=laser induced hydrogen fusion bombs with multiple independent re-entry vehicle delivery) for the EH too... and now he can!* M/FTR The Luggage specs: Standard Bulk Freighter, Four TIE Fighter pods as turrets, the power generator of a Dreadnought, a Corvette’s main engines, the containers have been converted to hangars (Each has a rack for 6 fighters), added Command Bridge, added hullwork from surface vessels. Fleet Manual Entry - also includes more historical INPR data.
