Nolij apparently thinks Raise the Flag is still going on…at least, he sure is flying like it. 142 multiplayer sorties flown this month, a clean sweep of the entire Sinner’s Delight comp for August, plus 2nd place on both the MP and MP Co-Op kill boards lead me to recommend another Bronze Star for yet another exemplary month.

CMDR's Recommendation: When most of the TC took a break after Raise the Flag, CPT Nolij decided to keep on flying. Over the course of the month, he turned in 140 MP victories and increased his combat rating twice! For his flying efforts in July, I recommend that CPT Nolij be awarded the Bronze Star of the Empire.
COM's Note: In July 2015, Captain Nolij followed up his stellar RTF performance with a very solid month, topping all the activity on the ISD Warrior. He earned 74 LoCs and 66 LoSs, a total of 140 MP victories. I echo his CMDR's desire to award him the Bronze Star of the Empire. I would also like to add that it is very well deserved.

CMDR's Assessment: CPT Nolij flew for 348 points during Raise the Flag 2015, posting a very impressive total and 10th in the individual pilot standings. Nolij's strong participation in the RtF MP Bonus Competition also helped secure a first place finish for Sin Squadron. I rely on my two Flight Leaders to set the example for the rest of the squadron, and they both did that quite effectively this month. For his efforts over the course of June, I recommend that Nolij be awarded the Silver Star of the Empire.
COM's Note: Captain Nolij had an excellent performance in RTF 2015, and the June evaluation period. He's been a big part of Sin Squadron and the ISD Warrior since his arrival just over a year ago, and he did not disappoint us with his 105 missions flown, 82 LoCs and 93 LoSs. He finished 10th overall in RTF, and is deserving of a Silver Star.

CMDR's Recommendation: CPT Nolij earned an outstanding 273 awards for MP victories in May, bringing with them a pair of combat rating increases and a first place finish in a Sin Squadron competition. A large portion of the MP PvE victories were from before the TIE Corps even had an award for them, but now that we do, we can reward him properly for them and for the impressive amount of time he put in this month as well. I recommend that CPT Nolij be awarded the Silver Star of the Empire.
COM's Review: During May 2015, CPT Nolij earned himself 62 Legions of Combat, which in itself is a solid contribution to the ship's activity. What makes this month truly outstanding is Nolij's tally in the Legion of Skirmish department, which was quite large to say the least. Nolij earned 201 LoSs, bringing his MP total to 263 CR gained. For all this hard work, much of which should have been rewarded long ago, Colonel Plif and I feel Nolij has earned this Silver Star of the Empire.

Nolij has become one of the most important pilots for the ISD Warrior. His September performance is a great example why. CMDR's Reccomendation:LCM Nolij has had a lock on Sin's weekly MP awards, raking in the LoCs as fast as the COO can approve them. His combat rating increased several times during the month and his FCHG rank increased twice. In our Star Conflict PvE competition, Nolij turned in an unmatched number of victories. At the moment, he's running in third place in our SC PvP comp. For his efforts over the course of August, I recommend that Nolij be awarded the Bronze Star of the Empire.
COM's Note: Lieutenant Commander Nolij performed very well in the month of August, earning 116 LoCs and flying 11 TIE missions. He participates at all Squadron competitions and is a solid flight leader. I hope to see this pilot continue to progress and become one of our strongest leaders soon enough. In the meantime, he has easily earned this Bronze Star of the Empire for his excellent activity last month.

LCM Nolij's first month at his new rank has been very impressive. He pulled in several awards for being the most consistent Sin PvPer, and he's leading in our SC PvE comp by a very wide margin. On top of all that, he still found time to step into his TIE cockpit for 10 missions, and he's been performing well as a Flight Leader by setting a good example and responding to my emails promptly. For his efforts over the course of July, I recommend that LCM Nolij be awarded the Palpatine Crescent.

CMDR's Recommendation: Since joining the TIE Corps, Nolij busted through nine FCHG ranks and eight combat ratings by flying 306 missions and winning 45 SC matches, despite not having played Star Conflict before joining us. He also found the time to take and ace IWATS Core. Nolij led Sin Squadron in Raise the Flag points for most of June, a shining example for the rest of us as we went on to claim second place as a squadron. His efforts were instrumental to the ISDII Warrior's victory in Raise the Flag. In recognition of his extreme dedication to his squadron, ship and the TIE Corps, Nolij should be awarded the Silver Star of the Empire.
COM's Note: The way I see it, we have no choice but to give LCM Nolij a Silver Star as his first merit reward in the TIE Corps. I want our newest flight leader to know how outstanding this is, and how very special a performance his was during RTF. He flew over 300 missions, and earned 34 LoCs in June, in addition to the 3 battles and 11 LoCs he earned in May right before the comp that did not make it to the last MSE. He did all this while taking command of a flight, where he's learning the ropes quite quickly under the tutelage of Captain Plif. Nolij fits in great here on the Warrior, and we're very proud of him. Keep it up!
