He earned 9 LoCs during the month of June, but also assisted Alpha Squadron to a 3rd place finish by earning 26 points during RtF. For this I would like to see him rewarded with a ISM.

CMDR’s Recommendation: Through his short time in Alpha, LT Neuroonmoon has always been willing to fly with other members. He even has attempted his hand at some recruitment. I look forward to eventually seeing his efforts rewarded. I believe an ISM is perfect for the Lt right now. I look forward to increased activity next month.
