As a pilot he did his best on that battle for "The Aftermath of TIE" Tempest-only competition, sending over a pilotfile with outstanding scores (if not yet those from 'Monster-Dan'), and he also submitted a nice fiction which came to be the most intense and dramatic of all them. He mantained his top levels of communication both by e-mail and Messageboards activity, with the highest participation on Wing X mailing list as well, not to mention the internal Squadron communications and several e-mails adressing his Flight Members to keep himself well updated on their activity. He's always trying to motivate and guide them the best he can. for his willing to help in the building of his new Squadron the best he can. And for having been the perfect example of Flight Leader once again, I find it appropiate to reccomend for Commander Vitaru to be awarded The Palpatine Crescent.
