Colonel Gilad Pelleaon: "During the month of May 2010, Commander Sergeyli helped lead the effort to bring victory to Delta Squadron in Raise the Flag. In this month, Sergeyli flew 13 Battles, including the 17 mission long TIE-CAB #4 and 15 mission long TIE-CAB #5. In addition to this, he dominated the Weekly Trivia Competition, racking up three wins and spent a lot of time on IRC. For this activity, I recommend that he be awarded the Palpatine Crescent."

In a matter of a couple of months Lt. Commander Sergeyli has surpassed what is expected from an usual Flight Member and became one of the best pilots this Fleet currently has! Right now at 248 missions flown for August and ranking 2nd on this month's KillBoard, his flying activity has become crucial for Tempest Squadron success in terms of activity. Not only he flew but he started participating in Tempest-only competition "On the Verge of Epic" by flying the whole "Hammer to Anvil" XWA battle series and his 2 battles for "Operation Serpents Sortie: Single Player" followed. In adittion, he has been flying Multiplayer matches all around, some of them also for "OPSS", earning some LoCs for it and even where he couldn't get LoCs by wins he got some excellent training by losses which is almost mandatory for whoever really wants to become a MP expert some day. For all this activity he was "SP Ace of the TIE Corps" on July, "Tempest Pilot of the Month" on July, "Challenge Top Gun" on July, and is now on the verge of achiving exactly the same on August, already with some "Tempest PotW" titles under his belt. And here where his achievements as a pilot end his deeds as a commited Flight Member start, for he has been communicative with both his CMDR and Flight Leader during all the month and all his FM reports arrived on time and featuring an excellent quality, not to mention the fact that he followed his CMDR's guidelines where necessary. In the end if Tempest Squadron finally rises as the best Squadron on "Operation Serpents Sortie" we can fairly say LCM Sergeyli will be one of the main responsibles for such a blasphemy! For all this stated above, and considering that he was awarded a PC on last month's evaluation, I find perfectly appropiate to recommend Lieutenant Commander Sergeyli to be awarded no less than The Bronze Star of The Empire for having mantained such breathtaking levels of activity. Outstanding, Lt. Commander!

LCM Sergeyli really turned some heads this month, and managed to leave his CMDR almost speechless. Having been relatively inactive for the past few months, LCM Sergeyli stormed into July, ending the month with a whopping 106 missions flown! Lieutenant Sergeyli has always been a secure value for flying activity onboard the ISDII Challenge. Since he returned to the Fleet he has been very active but it's on Tempest last month where he displayed an excellent flying performance. No less than 57 missions, with some highscores even! Not to mention his participation on "TACcy Speed Test". Not surprising that he got 3rd place in "TC Ace of the Month" for February either. Add to this that his response time and Squadron participation is assured (even if the guy refuses to sign his e-mails >:P) and I can fairly say that I'm very proud to have him under my command after so much time being only his Wing comrade. For the time being, and given his outstanding flying activity last month I strongly reccomend for Lieutenant Sergeyli to be awarded The Palpatine Crescent
