Colonel Horus Blackheart has served Alpha Squadron in the capacity of squadron commander, volunteering for the position when new leadership was needed. He always had had ideas on how to drive not just the TIE Corps forward but also the Emperor's Hammer. He regularly communicated with his commodore and took part in flight exercises. For his term of one year and two months of service as squadron commander, I hereby nominate him for the Bronze Star of the Empire.

ACTIVITY: assumed command of unit on 25th of April

played in ASF XWA ladder 28th April with lancer fireblade.
Did lots of paperwork.
When the COM told me that LT Bjorn wanted to put together a fourth squadron, I told him, half joking, that if he could get three pilots to email me their intent to join his squadron, I'd let him have it. Three days later, Sword squadron was reopened. It didn't end there, however. The now CM Bjorn enlisted three veteran MP pilots, and has since earned the Rel a name in MP circles, and sparked a renaissance in Wing activity, and even inspired me to be more communicative and active. He's also, of course, flown his own share of MP missions in addition to getting settled into his new position. A silver star might be a little much in this case, but I feel strongly that the contributions he's made to the wing deserve no less than a Bronze Star.

An Exceptional start to what I hope to be a long career here. Sword is now established as the MP Arm of the Relentless and maybe Battlegroups! He is daily on IRC, suggesting ways of improving the ship/battlegroup and has motivated half a dozen members of the Wing to fly in MP.
