Of all the TC Flags the SOVCOM has led by example, within days of losing the database loss the Sov had a fully functional roster and site. Activity at the flag level has been outstanding and the leadership and resolve shown by Viper has been nothing short of inspirational. Combined with his excellent service throughout his history as SovCOM and the startling omission of any earlier awards myself and the XO have concluded a Gold Star reflects his success and achievement.

Despite all the difficulties and tight schedules, I actually managed to do some flying this month. Unfortunately, RL difficulties prevented me from being more active and available in November.
Flight Officer's Recommendation: RA Viper Pred has performed amazingly in Raise the Flag, both with his work as a Commodore in motivating his pilots and leading them through the competition, and his own personal activity, earning 225 points for the competition, which was the highest of the points between the ship Commodores. For his efforts, RA Viper Pred has earned the Bronze Star of the Empire! Congratulations, RA Pred!

Comments ? CMDR duties, SSL playoffs, and not much time for anything else. Besides, my joystick is barely working, so ?unfortunately? you won?t see me flying for some time. Also, I started (unwillingly), but also quickly stopped an escalating conflict ? Cyclone ?TAC friends? vs. Sin ?Bad loosers?.
