Commanders Comments
I would like to request a Palpatine Crescent be awarded to COL Daar for his fantastic January activity. While his flight record speaks for itself (89FCHG for the month of January), the manner in which he has been able to not only fly, but compete for the glory of his squadron in the SovCOM?s Own is something that every member of his unit can take heart from. I believe Daar was only one of two pilots to fly every platform of this competition, but I could be mistaken.

Vice Admiral Moagim Daar has just completed an outstanding Tour of Duty as Commodore of the SSSD Sovereign. For the past 11 months, the Sovereign was handled with the utmost care by Moagim, and as a result, it was always among the highest sandards of ship's operations in this fleet. Always on top of everything going on in his ship, VA Daar has demonstrated great loyalty towards the Sovereign, and was always very receptive to every Flight Office requests, promptly complying to everything, showing great ability and versatility. For the reasons above, I'd like to recommend him for a Silver Star of the Empire. Congratulations, VA Daar!

VA Moagim Daar has proven to be a fine leader to his mighty ship for the last nine months. He is successfully working to make his ship better, and together with his Wing Commander, they managed to make the Sovereign grow in many ways. This is of course an ongoing work, as there is much to do yet for the Lady Sov. But I'm proud of the achievement I've seen so far, and I'm sure that the Bronze Star of the Empire has been earned. For eight months of dedicated service as CMDR. Daar has done well in all facets of CMDR duties. He files regular reports and communicates with his squadron via IRC, the MBs and other mediums. He organizes competitions for his squadron in addition to participating in competitions himself. In addition, he flies battles regularly (with 23 noted on the most recent MSE) with some high scores. Overall, Daar is a model of a communicative and active CMDR that keeps his squadron engaged.

Additional notes: The Flying Machine doesn't stop to amaze me. Activity is once again at the top EH level.
Recommendation: I'd like to recommend Moagim Daar to be presented to SovCOM for awading (if stele thinks he deserves something big). If not, PC for humongous activity.
WCs note:
CM Moagim Daar is probably one of the most active pilots in the TIE Corps I`ve ever seen in my 2 years. Ever since he joined Wing II he submitted pilot files on a daily basis (3-4 at a time) - right now he completed 160 battles, with a total of 850 missions, holds 7 High Scores, passed 15 IWATS courses, with an excellent score of 91% in avaerage. Moreover he tries to participate in every major TIE Corps or Wing/Ship competition, with outstanding success, if I may say so. I definately would like to have many more pilots like him in my wing.
COM's notes:
Daar is a very humble and energetic pilot. He has stepped up to the call of duty for the club and ship and enjoys every aspect of flying, interacting with people, and commanding his squadron. There are few like him in the fleet and he is very deserving of this medal.
