Commander Comment - In December and January, Major Palermo has flown well over 100 missions, is in constant communication with the squadron, has shown exceptional service as Leader of No. 2 Flight in providing advice and suggestions throughout the difficult adjustment period of my command. Without the major's input, Omega's recent performance would not have been possible.
Commodore's Comment - Major Palermo has once again shown that he is an outstanding pilot with great flying skills. As Colonel Cochrane has mentioned, the Omega wouldn't achieve such a success without the Major. Therefore I recommend a Bronze Star of the Empire for Major Giovanni Palermo.

CMDR Comments: The Captain didn't do much for most of the month, but did amazingly well for one week, flying 53 missions in one week. He also flew a couple MP missions with me, and is constantly in IRC.
You need to steady your guidelines and this is no different than any other month, RtF or not, if you disagree then please let me know. I will be recc'ing the PC to the COM. If you need to move him up to the FL spot then please do so. Medal of Communication.
COM Comments: I agree with Beir. 53 missions in a month, regardless of Fleet-wide competition, warrants a PC.

During the past 9 months, CPT Giovanni Palermo served on the ISD Subjugator under my command with distinction, loyalty and bravery. His efforts have been instrumental in supporting the ship when it needed it, two squadrons benefited from his leadership and his openness and fiery spirit brought a lively atmosphere to the Wing. In ancient times, the Captain served for many months on the SSD Avenger and even further back as FM on the Subjugator. In all this time, Giovanni Palermo presented himself as an asset to the TIE Corps and an honest friend that never shied away from giving his opinion.
It is my distinct pleasure to recommend CPT Giovanni Palermo for this medal as a goodbye present for exceptional service to the ISD Subjugator. Good luck in Omega Elite Squadron!

He is the only person who was supporting me in the hard time of Spectre squadron. His loyalty to the the squadron and to his pilot duties helped me to continue the fight for Spectre revival. I also can add from myself that CM Palermo is still as Wraith CMDR now is giving the Wing and ship all the best he can and keeps his decent approach from Spectre.

This is MSE/MWE Award - December 2005
CM Giovanni Palermo was one of the most active members as pilot within the Wing XVIII in December, showing good activity and communication. Additionally as CMDR he was very involved in keeping up Wing XVIII spirit, with his easily noticeable presence around and open and friendly attitude. I could always count on CM Palermo as on officer and as on fellow crewmember.

CM Giovanni Palermo is one of the best pilots on board of my ship. He is not only active by flying missions but participate in competition and being communicative, interested in the ship and hers internal situation.
In passing month CM Palermo showed one of the highest SP flying activity and dedication to the Wing stepping up and becoming CMDR of Wraith Squadron.

I am reccomending a metal to my Pilot LT Giovanni Palermo becuase he came to my need when I had to make the much cursed TIE 95 and Win2k fix. He was the first one to come to my aide when I asked for it. I feel it is my duty, as his CMDR, to award him for his duties and services.
