Even though not on a big scale, Captain Firzam Coldsteel is constantly contributing to his squadron and wing. His flying activity is one of the factors that make Alpha such a squadron. Therefore I recommend him an Imperial Security Medal.

A huge flying effort from Firzam especially as he?s reported having to re-build and reformat his computer during this month. A really good effort that I?m pleased with since his enforced absence recently.
WC Comment ? well, I?m actually considering an ISM or even PC. Firzam had a forced absence in February, but he has quite a good activity. What?s your opinion Admiral ?
COM Comment: Captain Firzam Coldsteel was very active throughout the month of March and for that I recommend him to be awarded with Imperial Security medal.

Additional notes:
Firzam accepted the FL role for Alpha Flight III and was transferred this month. He narrowly missed out on the TIE section of the competition beaten by a couple of thousand points by ViRuS. During the month Firzam compiled a comprehensive set of definitions for all the FCHG ranks out of his own interest, (an excellent piece of work that I have attached and will put up on the website with his permission) and submitted to me some of his previous fictions from Epsilon squadron to read. A good month for CPT Coldsteel

The former commander of Epsilon has also just arrived into Alpha. His activity, as I have observed, was sporadic due to internet and computer problems. This may or may not continue. Also, he is a quiet pilot that does things in the background. This coming month will determine any other information.
Recommendation: I respectfully request either promotion to Major or a Palpatine Crescent for this work as the Epsilon Squadron Commander. Yes his activity was intermittent, but the quality was definitely worthy of this reward.

Captain Firzam Coldsteel is a dedicated Commander. He tried his best to pull his whole entire squadron through the February Competition BY HIMSELF. He was the only Epsilon pilot to participate... on top of this participation, he also attended to his CMDR duties. He is dedicated to getting his squadron to the top, but unfortunately his pilots are stopping him... He never has given up, and for dedication and loyalty to his squadron and Wing, I feel he deserves a Palpatine Crest.

CPT Firzam Colsteel has shown dedication to the Wing, which also shows dedication to the Ship. He on good terms with his pilots, and they all get along with him very well. He has been here since the start of my Wing Commander Term and he has been a constant example of what a Commander should be. I hope that his service continues and that he will be with us, the Tie Corps, and hopefully the Wing, for time to come!!! Congratulations.

Firzam remains a consistent flier, going out of his way to fly in everything that comes his way. He goes beyond, flying a lot on his own time. Not only this, but since the Beta CMDR has stepped down, he's been filling, trying to help out in any way possible to ensure that the guys in his squad remain in contact and know what's going on. I find that extremely admirable in a young officer, and for his work, I'd like to award him a PC. Thank you.
