No sooner had the paperwork ended for the month than the maintenance began. Several pilots had reported major faults, including the Commander and the Wing-Commander himself! There was a time of 'all hands on deck' to get the Squadron up-and-flying again...

"Gentlemen, strangely several of us have been hit with major problems all at the same time. I sympathize, as I too have been affected, although I doubt the cause to have been related. I know, that as pilots of the TC, you are all doing your best to overcome your problems with much haste & hopefully this will lessen the impact on yourselves and us as a Squad. Good luck & I hope to report that we are through the worst of it & well on the way to full flying-strength next week."

• Participate in some competition listed below, preferably either of ours ;)
• Make it your goal to have some activity that I can report next week.
• Get hold of TTT2 and upload your Uniform to the TC DB - I'd like to see more Fury Pilots represented, as many of you hold Ranks & Awards to be proud of!
• Every week I expect every Pilot to REPORT IN, Though there are currently no AWOL's being processed, please don't let that breed complacency..

Several other Squads are beginning to record good activity and many individuals are flying again as can be attested to by the Pilot Kill Board. Fury has many talented individuals in it's ranks - let's make it a great Squadron once more!

As I've mentioned before - ALL of you are expected to contact me each week with your intended activity or reasons for inactivity. This seems to be filtering through as I am getting more communications from you, thank you - but we also need to see more flying. Several of you have reported RL issues and that's fine, but when these issues mean that you are unable to fly for months on end, then we must ask whether a move to the RSV's is not the better option - even if temporarily.

Unfortunately I have been unable to fly or communicate much with any of you this week due to my own computer problems (which I am correcting with haste!) and therefore I did not get a chance to go through our Battle Citations as promised, but when I am fully-functional again, it will be the first on my to-do list, along with actually flying some myself.

All this downtime has given (most of...) you the chance to get ahead of me with regard to this month's Pilot Kill Board and IWATS courses, alas, I am still waiting for any of you to make any entries - this also counts for the Banner Competition; now I really have no flair for graphics so I would appreciate something for our Squad website and my reports, if it's not too much trouble...
