reviewing personal craft choices.
29/12/2012 - Finished reviewing all personal craft choices and their
availability; also fixed some craft type abbreviations.
03/01/2013 - Modified table layout on BSF Process script for the TAC so long
pilot/battle names won't break it.
03/01/2013 - Added admin. option to review (and delete as necessary) pending

database for it to return them on years-months-days instead years-weeks-days.
Also made it 'true epoch'.
05/01/2013 - Updated and fixed PHP scripts to add and process competitions
for the DEAN; previously there was a bug preventing the processing of more
than 1 competition at once.
