Introduction

For those of you who celebrate it, Merry Christmas!

I believe we can expect things to be very quiet activity-wise until the beginning of next year. Well, that would be true, if we didn’t have Woody in the squadron, who continues to send me pilot files now and then. I love it!

The Training Office is hosting a competition called “Tuba’s Christmas Tree”. Be sure to check it out and post an entry!

As you noticed, my first leave has ended, and I’ll be around until the middle of this week, I think, when my second leave might start.

16/12/2012 - Modified TC database to allow FLs to recommend rank promotions for their FMs; if new rule is to follow the CoC for these promos I think this is appropiate. It could be also undone if denied by the uppers, of course.
17/12/2012 - Modified medal list on profiles for all medal entries to link the appropiate Medal Board list.
17/12/2012 - Modified medal list table for its height to be always fixed; no more auto-resizing on graphic displaying of medals with long descriptions.
17/12/2012 - Also made possible for pilots with no merit medals (yet) to be able to see those they actually have displayed graphically along with their descriptions.
17/12/2012 - Made a complete revision of ALL medal descriptions; all them have been updated following the most current procedures and rulesets for the TIE Corps (TC Pilot Manual 2009).
18/12/2012 - Modified "Academics" section on profiles for IWATS Courses entries to link their Course Notes ONLY if such material is online, judging by current TC database info which is up to date (today... :P).
18/12/2012 - Henceforth "Skills" section on TC pilots profiles won't list '0-ranked' skills anymore (you can breathe again, Vip! ;)).
18/12/2012 - Started the process of adding code cylinders into headers to graphically display positions along with rank badges.
18/12/2012 - Departed on an unexpected LoA. ETA: 22-12
22/12/2012 - Returned from LoA. Resumed my work with those code cylinders and its implementation on Dempsey's database to graphically display positions.
22/12/2012 - Quick and dirty FM report to FL and CMDR, what else! :P

Description:

Hello again and welcome to Training Office Competition II: Tuba's Christmas Tree. Every year my son and I put up our own tree decorated with Star Wars and other sci-fi ornaments. In the spirit of sharing the holiday joy, I've uploaded several pictures of our finished tree for your enjoyment. Can you name all the ornaments on our tree? There are over 60 Hallmark ornaments from various series, visible in the various pictures. Keep in mind that not all ornaments appear in every picture. The contest runs from today, December 20th, until noon CST on New Year's Day (1200, 01-01-2013, GMT-6).
