Greetings,
So, nothing
happened this week...
…if you leave
under a rock or something…
GN Gilad
Pelleaeon left command of Delta Squadron. He will be missed. His leaving
triggered a chain of events that led to the release of Zosite’s work on the
former TIE Corps database, created by HA Dempsey, that preceded the current
one.
Zosite’s work
involved, among a lot of things, a bug hunt and optimization of Dempsey’s
database, which can be found at http://testtc.isdchallenge.org/,
where you can test it and give feedbacks to Zos.
This has been
placed before the Command Staff as an option to the next step of the TIE
Corps, which can no longer endure the current state of things and the
constant promising of improvement, that has not come.
My take on this
is: either we get clearance to go ahead, or we fade out into the night as a
club. Personally, I believe that if we are denied this, it’s a clear
statement that the development of the TIE Corps is no longer of any interest
to the EH Command, and that they rather see us go than to allow us some
latitude on choosing our path.

In regards to
Gamma Squadron, we have been awarded the medals from the latest MSE. My most
sincere congratulations to MAJ Elwood the Brave on being awarded nothing less
than the Silver Star of the Empire. Way to go Woody!! Woody has also been
awarded the IS-BR for being named The Black of Black for July!
Congrats also
to Zosite on his Palpatine Crescent, and to Tempest on his Imperial Security
Medal! Tempest was also awarded the IS-BW for The One You’ll Regret to Win
competition. Sadly, it just turned out as the one he regretted to participate
competition, as it was the only submission. Either way, congrats!
I know I am
supposed to submit another MSE today, but I am out of town and completely out
of time to make it, so I’ll try to make it sometime this week, if you don’t
mind. And of course you won’t mind.
