Greetings,
Short report
coming up…Rio de Janeiro, Carnival, you know the drill....
First, the good
news! LC Mark Schueler has been appointed the new Flight 2 Leader!
Congratulations, Mark! Ok, now with our command structure all set, we need to
get out there and fill our empty spots, so let’s hit the Daedalus for new
cadets, and the Phoenix for good old veterans willing to come back…what?
Now, the bad
news: FA La’an has moved on from the position of SOO this week. That is very
sad news, as he was doing a terrific job. Hope he manages to return soon.
BSF System
seems to be acting up again. I got some files BSF for Captain Impulse (nice
work, by the way), and we didn’t get a message about their completion, and
one of them just seems like didn’t happen. Waiting for the TCCOM on that, to
see if it must be resubmitted.
I was also glad
to see CPT Viper rejoin us in the mailing lists. We’re glad to have you here
with us, mate! Still, there are some guys I would very much like to hear from
soon. Those people who have not showed up in a while, please do report in!
A lot has
happened this week at the command level. The bottom line is that the TIE
Corps will remain where it is, but some effort in repairing the current
database’s issues will probably be increased. I wish we can overcome these
difficulties very soon, and so that we can go back to enjoying our club as we
used to do.
Again, I’d very
much like to appoint a Flight Leader. Flight Leaders have only the
responsibility of being active, and can be promoted up to Colonel. What do
you think, Tempest??? Hehe…I think that’s the only reason why he doesn’t go
for it, the risk of being promoted past LC ;)
