Introduction

Greetings,

Monthly Squadron Evaluation results were released this evening, and four Gamma members were awarded medals for their performance in September.

LC Mark Schueler has been awarded the Bronze Star of the Empire for his brilliant efforts. Both I and LC Tempest were awarded the Palpatine Crescent. COL Zosite was awarded the Imperial Security Medal! Congratulations to all of us for these well deserved awards!

The Tactical Officer has announced a new TIE Fighter mission today. TIE-Free284: Starfighter Histories: TIE Interceptor, created by the TAC herself, is available in a mission compendium near you.

Other great news this week was the announcement, by LC Tempest, of the completion of his very first TIE battle! Both I and LC Schueler have stepped forward to beta test it before its submission to the Tactical Office, and so should the rest of you. I have no doubt that the, like his released TIE-Free 263 mission, this battle will be amazing.

Awards: Highest scorer after 4 rounds will win a IS-BW Any pilot who scores higher than me after 4 rounds will also receive a IS-BW. Medals only available to pilots within Gamma Squadron. Any entries from other pilots are welcome.
Description: In an effort to promote good missions, lots of medals and good old competitive spirit each week I’m going to nominate a free/battle/map. After four weeks (end of each month) the scores will be totaled. Highest scorer will win a medal as well as any pilot who beats my own score.
