The December evaluations are all wrapped up now, medals have been being recommended and all the ones that've been awarded so far appear below in the restored awards section below. This edition has all the awards that've gone out since the beginning of January.

There and Back Again: A COMPOST Tale ends in three days, so there’s still time to complete TIE-TC 244 and submit a review!

With Episode IX in theaters and The Mandalorian having concluded its first season, we’d like any spoiler discussions to take place in the Telegram channel we’ve set aside for anyone who’s ready to chat about the latest things happening in the Star Wars Universe. To join up, ask about the spoiler chat in the TIE Corps Discussion group and one of us will send you an invite.

If you complete a new Imperial University course, you'll notice that your EH database profile gets updated automatically but not your TC database profile. The latter are updated manually by me and the TCCOM, please give us a couple of days after your test is graded for the new course to appear in your TC profile before you email us about it.

How the MoC is earned: In the monthly evaluations, each leader in the TIE Corps (CMDR+) lists all of the pilots that have checked in that month or communicated in a public forum. Those members are awarded an MoC with an oak cluster based on how many times they've earned the MoC in the past.

Oak Clusters: The MoC is always awarded with an oak cluster (MoC-boc, MoC-soc, etc.). For first two awards, it's a Bronze Oak Cluster. From there, the third award is Silver, the fourth and fifth awards are Bronze, the sixth award is Gold, the seventh and eighth awards are Bronze, the ninth award is Platinum, the tenth and eleventh awards are Bronze, and then the twelfth award is Diamond. After that, the cycle begins anew.

• Improved promotion tracking in the MSE spreadsheets - Added "Months Since Last Promotion" counter

• Approving awards and uniforms, correcting submissions as needed
• Updating TC database profiles with IU course completions

• Taking TM/3
• Updating SM to SM/5
• Title review for anything that awarded a title that isn’t reflected in the database yet
• Competition resource - what we’ve done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• Squadron (Re)Mobilization tweaking and next iteration, target is late January
• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
• Working out details for the next iteration of Imperial Storm
