|
The
Command staff is still in the process of launching and relaunching
yearly competitions. We've had three SP competitions added to the
competition center, you can find the details below.
I'm not completely sure from the mailing list communication, but the
"New Spammers Comp" might not yet be working as intended as TIE does
not show actual completion times.
The TCCOM, SOO and the COMs keep on hosting TC/EH MP nights on Thursday
evenings US time (Friday realy early morning hours european time). If
you're interested, join them on Discord this week!

ISD II HAMMER / WING I NEWS

GN
Elwood was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire in the last MSE for his
extraordinary leadership of this very squadron in the past year. I
think it's well deserved, and with 350 Co-Op matches already flown by
this morning the award for this month will not be much lower... ;)

EPSILON NEWS
|
The 2nd round of
the Epsilon squadron competitions is over.
EoP participants this week were GN Elwood the Brave and LCM
DarkSith_99. Woody took the win in TIE and XvT while DarkSith won
XWA, but this time it was a close shave of only 22points!
In EoR we've had three participants. GN Elwood, LCM Steve Dermody and
myself.
At
least this week I've been able to snatch the four Co-Op points from
Woody, but that has not hindered him winning the overall week again.
I guess I need to advance my ship ranks a little, as I'm not able to
get actual PvP games going, the matches always being against bots.
The well deserved medals will be requested right after this report.
Overall
activity has been a little slower this week, and many of the changes in
FCHG rating are down to medals awarded during the past week. It just
shows the strong participation by our pilots in all manner of flying
competitions.

Every week in the Epsilon CMDR reports a Freemission for
TIE, XvT and
XWA will be announced. Every member of Epsilon has until the next
Saturday, 06:00 UTC, to fly these Freemissions and send the bsf
mail/pilot file for the Mission to markus@friebis.net. Best scorer in
each platform earns a IS-BW.
In addition to this, the best pilot in each platform earns 4 points,
second best 3 points, third best 2 points and all other participants 1
point. These points are summed up for the month/year. The pilot with
most points at the end of the month gets an IS-SW, second an IS-BW. The
pilot with most points at the end of the year gets an IS-SW, second an
IS-BW.
In addition to these each submitted pilot file/bsf mail earns the
respective pilot an activity point. For each 10 activity points the
pilot gains an IS-BW. When reaching/surpassing 50 activity points, the
pilot recieves an IS-SW instead and the activity points are reset to 0.

EoR - 2019
Every week before Saturday, 06:00 UTC, Epsilon pilots
submit their SC
PvP/PVE/COOP screen with the highest EFF points to markus@friebis.net.
In each category (PvP/PvE/COOP) the best scorer will earn 4 points,
second will earn 3 points, third 2 points and every further participant
1 point. These points will be summed up.
The pilot with most points at the end of the week will earn an IS-BW.
The pilot with most points at the end of the month will earn an IS-SW,
second an IS-BW. The pilot with most points at the end of the year will
earn an IS-SW, second an IS-BW.
For each submitted screen (max 1 per category per week) the pilot earns
1 activity point. Every 10 activity points the pilot earns an IS-BW.
When reaching 50 activity points the pilot earns an IS-SW instead and
the activity points are set to 0 again.

Again
thanks your for everyone's attention. I've been trying out an editor
recommended by Woody for this report, and it seems to work well enough.
Still need to figure out getting all the logos into the mail as I want
them :P.
As a squadron we are well underway to continue our good MP activity,
mainly thanks to Woody. But others have also flown several dozen
overall missions, remember it's still a team effort!
With some more SP competitions appearing it might be the time to get
our joysticks and classic games dusted of...
