EH / TC NEWS
|
Everyone is still
buisy with getting into the new year, and many year round competitions
are rebooted into 2019
The SOO's the first changes to the way UI courses are handled came into
effect earlier this week.
I like it, though my ID line has shrunk considerably. I guess I'll have
to look into some more "serious" coureses to fill it up again.
The TCCOM, SOO and the COMs keep on hosting TC/EH MP nights on Thursday
evenings US time (Friday realy early morning hours european time). If
you're interested, join them on Discord this week!

Biggest Hammer
news for this week is the Epsilon change of Command. You might have
noticed that.
While I'm still getting used to being in a position of responsibility
again, the universe keeps on turning around us regardless...

EPSILON NEWS
|
The 1st round of
the Epsilon squadron competitions is over.
EoP participants this week were GN Elwood the Brave and LCM
DarkSith_99. Woody took the win in TIE and XvT while DarkSith hauled in
four points for XWA while beating Woody's points trice over.
In EoR we've had four participants. GN Elwood, COL Pellaeon, LCM Steve
Dermody and myself.
As we've become accustomed to in the past year Woody has launched with
a running start, winning all three parts and earning an IS-BW
The well deserved medals will be requested right after this report.

Every week in the Epsilon CMDR reports a Freemission for
TIE, XvT and XWA will be announced. Every member of Epsilon has until
the next Saturday, 06:00 UTC, to fly these Freemissions and send the
bsf mail/pilot file for the Mission to markus@friebis.net. Best scorer
in each platform earns a IS-BW.
In addition to this, the best pilot in each platform earns 4 points,
second best 3 points, third best 2 points and all other participants 1
point. These points are summed up for the month/year. The pilot with
most points at the end of the month gets an IS-SW, second an IS-BW. The
pilot with most points at the end of the year gets an IS-SW, second an
IS-BW.
In addition to these each submitted pilot file/bsf mail earns the
respective pilot an activity point. For each 10 activity points the
pilot gains an IS-BW. When reaching/surpassing 50 activity points, the
pilot recieves an IS-SW instead and the activity points are reset to 0.

Send your pilot files and/or bsf mails for these missions to
my inbox before 06:00 UTC/07:00 CET next Saturday.
EoR - 2019
Every week before Satrurday, 06:00 UTC, Epsilon pilots
submit their SC PvP/PVE/COOP screen with the highest EFF points to
markus@friebis.net. In each category (PvP/PvE/COOP) the best scorer
will earn 4 points, second will earn 3 points, third 2 points and every
further participant 1 point. These points will be summed up.
The pilot with most points at the end of the week will earn an IS-BW.
The pilot with most points at the end of the month will earn an IS-SW,
second an IS-BW. The pilot with most points at the end of the year will
earn an IS-SW, second an IS-BW.
For each submitted screen (max 1 per category per week) the pilot earns
1 activity point. Every 10 activity points the pilot earns an IS-BW.
When reaching 50 activity points the pilot earns an IS-SW instead and
the activity points are set to 0 again.

Thanks for everyone's
attention. AND ESPECIALLY to GN Elwood, wo was nice enough to
allow me to continue his report template. I've got not much else to
say, at the moment.
I've been "writing" this report in editor, and my non existant HTML
skills are showing. If anybody can recommend a decent (perferably
WYSIWYG) HTML Editor that can, easily interface with Mozilla
Thunderbird I'd be much obliged.
There is some possible upcoming Squadron MP competition in my head. at
the moment. We'll see how that plays out in the next weeks.
