Epsilon Squadron Weekly Report

Epsilon Squadron Weekly Report #23

CMDR-TCS-PROF/CPT Dunta Polo reporting in for Epsilon Squadron on 20th March, 2010.

I apologise for the lack of a report last week, having discussed this with SOO Frodo March we agreed that there was insufficient activity for a full WSR. This report will thus cover both weeks' activity.

I have heard from a few of you this week, however the communication and activity levels have dropped somewhat. No entries for Epsilon flier of the month yet. COL Exar Kit is still keeping up the good work in other areas of the EH, and I'm still at the top of this month's killboard as well as recently being awarded a Bronze Star for February's MSE :)

TIE Corps News

The new Delta Squadron Commander is COL Gilad Pelleaon. Congratulations Colonel.

Wing I News

There are 11 days left for entries in both the Citation Race and SOO's Wingman competitions.

Outgoing Epsilon CMDR MAJ RichyV was awarded the Bronze Star of the Empire for his excellent work in February.

Squadron News/Status

Flights I and II need mottos and nicknames, I am still open to submissions for these.

I have heard from COL Kit, LT Makarin and CPT Panaka this week.

I'm still looking for ideas for new squadron competitions; non-flying ones recommended.

We now have 33 citations, and are in second place in the Citation Race competition.

Closing Comments

Time is flying by, this is already the end of the third week of my command here at Epsilon - I had hoped for more activity, but sometimes RL gets the better of us I guess.

I can't stress enough how important some kind of participation is â€“ there are all kinds of competitions still running; you also can get involved in recruitment, flying or perhaps help COL Kit with our website. Failing that, at least drop me an email once a week so I know you're still active. This requirement is obviously rescinded for those of you on authorised leave of absence.

Beta squadron have overtaken us in the citation race, but I'll be doing my best to change that :pÂ any help from my fellow pilots is welcome of course. I hope CPT Gravin and LT Makarin can return to active service soon, we need every pilot we can get right now.

Anyway I believe that is all, thank you for reading. If you need help with something, want to discuss an issue, have any ideas for TC stuff - let me know, I usually have a 24 hour email turnaround time.
