Welcome to my first Warrior report, pilots. I'd like to thank Pete and Plif for trusting me with the command of the TC's flagship. I will do my best to continue the proud tradition of this mighty ship and the proactive commodores who have led the Warrior and Battlegroup V before me.
My first job as WarCOM has been to open the Sin and Theta CMDR positions. Both are now open for applications. No experience is necessary; the Warrior has had great success with first-time leaders of late (CPT Aldaric is a prime example). Of course, veterans are warmly welcomed to apply as well. I can assure you that the CMDR's role is not dry or dull; it serves as a great way to build relationships within the Corps, and my time as CMDR constitutes my favorite TC experiences to date.
Before we move on to the report, here are three things you should know about me:
- If you contact me, I'll respond within 24 hours (usually less than 12).
- I'll always do my best to inject some creativity to my reports.
- When in doubt, I reach out to my pilots.
The Warrior belongs to her pilots. It's your ship, after all. We have a strong culture aboard the Warrior, and I'm pleased with our trajectory. With that being said, there's always room for growth, and I want your voices to guide our next steps. My door is always open, and I hope you will reach out to me whenever you have ideas or concerns.
