I have started both a Kappa Pilot of the Month kompetition and a Weekly trivia.
Kappa Pilot of the Month
This competition will reward the most active pilot in the squadron each month with an IS-BW. Each pilot will be awarded points for the following activities.
Email/Telegram presence - 1 pt each
TIE/XvT/XWA SP mission flown - 2 pts per mission
LoC/LoS (Star Conflict/SW Battlefront) - 5pts each
LoC/LoS (XvT/XWA) - 15 pts each
IWATS Passed - 25 pts each
Kappa Weekly Trivia
Each week on Tuesday evening, along with the squadron report, I will send out a link pointing to five trivia questions for Kappa Squadron Members to answer. The trivia questions will generally be from canon sources though some commonly known legends material may be included. Responses are due the following Monday.
The person who correctly answers the questions the fastest each week will earn an IS-BR.
For each month points will be tallied and the winner will earn an IS-SR with the runner up winning an IS-BR.
Answering all questions correctly in a weekly set will earn a point.
Answering all the questions correctly in the best time will earn a second point.
