Epsilon WSR #16

Pilots of Epsilon.

Two things of note for this week:

Firstly, the Fleet Commander, GA Cyric, has announced that the Emperor's Hammer has a new XO, namely Sector Admiral Rapier, Sector Admiral Maverick having to move aside due to a busy RL. I'm sure we all wish to pass-on our Congratulations to SA Rapier! And we all look forward to his positive input into the club from his new Position. =)

Secondly, in the TC, TIE Golf has begun!! Sadly this isn't a competition that you are able to 'dip into and out of', so it is only open to those who had signed-up. From Epsilon with have both our FL's, LCM Halk Knight & LT Caydin Makarin, along with myself competing. As it is 'Golf' we have all drawn 'opponents' for the individual 'holes', and these are:-

LCM Halk Knight vs. COL Ramos Kanzco (Alpha)
LT Caydin Makarin vs. COL Zeth Durron (Beta)
HA Frodo March (SOO) vs. MAJ RichyV

So yes, I've drawn the SOO - thanks Dempsey!!
As you can see, we're all probably the underdogs in our various draws (hell, 2 of these guys are [Centurion] in the FCHG!! Oh well...). I'm sure we'll all do our best and we may even squeak a medal or two............. In total there are 12 entrants, so good luck to all! =)

Elsewhere, happily, in-squad comms & activity are still running at a good level, although improvements are always possible.

When you have time - Recruit, fly, think of a motto/nickname for your Flight, and, above all, have fun...

As you may have noticed, Flight III now have both a Motto & Nickname, thanks go to both LCM Halk Knight & CM Dunta Polo for their ideas - medals will be awarded once the Dean has approved them. =)

A quick 'heads-up' to the fact that I am again working-away from home next week, and will therefore be unavailable from around 19:00(GMT) on Monday until about the same time on Friday. Therefore, any business should be either directed to our current XO - LCM Halk Knight or, if of high-priority, the SOO.

As such, I only have this weekend to play my 2 holes in TIE Golf...............

Right, well that's enough from me - got my Plus-4's on and I'm about to Tee-up!! =)
