News

Well, the big news from the last week is our two promotions.  Congratulations LC Earnim Branet and LCM Rachel Drakon!

Warrior and TCCS MSE’s were completed and medals awarded.  Congratulations to medal grabbers!  I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many Silver Star recipients, and we haven’t even got to the Hammer, yet! 

I have revised my plan for a flight school, and sent it around for final comments.  I hope to start it in October.  For those that are interested in volunteering to be an instructor on a platform, now is the time.  Just shoot me an email.  If you are one of the best active pilots on a given platform, we could use you (LT Rando can’t do it all!).  You know who you are…  If you have several high scores in a given platform and can handle the time of lessons, please step forward!

We also had a meeting on Sunday with the command staff of the RS to work out ways our clubs can interact more to the benefit of both clubs.   We have decided to start with two weekend warrior meet ups for some XWA/XvT MP.  The first will be this coming Sunday 9/24 at noon EDT, 9 am PDT, 5 pm UTC+1 and 8 pm EDT, 5 pm PDT, 1 am UTC +1.  I look forward to seeing you all there!
