-==Intro/CMDR Rant==-

 

I'm afraid beyond some Telegram and Discord activity (me) and joining in on the mailing list fun (Kyle) there's not been much going on this week. While I've heard from GN Harvey as of late, I've not heard from LT Miller or SL Tag in quite some time. I really don't want to have to declare you two AWOL so please drop me a line and let me know you're alive. If you don't have the time or interest in remaining an active pilot, that's fine, but please do me the courtesy of letting me know instead of not responding to my emails.

 

For those who are around and responding to my emails, I thank you. The AWOL Hammer™ has not been kind to our squadron as of late. We've historically done well at big competitions like RtF but it's normally due to one or two people binge flying before hibernating for a while while the rest of the squad continues hibernating. It would truly be a shame if we fell below the minimum pilots needed to operate a squadron; if either of you know anyone in the RSV's that you think might have an interest in returning to active duty, I would encourage you to reach out to them. Otherwise the pencil-pushers that make up our chain of command may have to make a difficult decision.

 

On a more uplifting note, I just finished binge-watching the first season of Defenders on Netflix. I enjoyed it quite thoroughly! I don't understand the people who didn't like Iron Fist; I loved him in his first season and I enjoyed him here. Also, looking forward to a Punisher series coming out on Netflix at some point too (trailer was at the end of the last episode, and I've seen it on YouTube).
