Welcome to my first report out of many (I hope) as Strategic Operations Officer.  I’d like to thank FA Pellaeon for trusting me with this position.  I’m SOO happy to be here!

Many events have transpired since I moved into my new office aboard the Challenge.  First, Warrior MSE’s were fully processed today, resulting in lots of good news…

Congratulations are in order to our freshly promoted GN Plif of Kappa and CPT Hav Antiel of Sin squadrons!  You guys earned it! 

Next our medal grabbers from July.  CPT Hav Antiel also earned his first Silver Star of the Empire for his very high activity and work on behalf of Sin Squadron.  GN Plif and MAJ Earnim Branet earned Bronze Stars for their high activity.  COL Hawkins also earned an Imperial Security Medal for his flying. 

Outside of the MSE process VA Miles Prower earned his first Gold Star of the Empire for his tireless work and new ideas to improve the TC as a whole. 

Now for the bad news and tough choices that had to be made.  Sigma squadron is officially closed.  The pilots that responded to choose their new squadrons have been re-assigned.  GN Exar Kit has moved to Kappa.  MAJ Spiffy the Chicken has moved to Sin.  LC Michael Emrys has moved to Theta.  In addition, MAJ Valic and GN Kaisin Mirtez have been declared AWOL.  We are sorry to see those two go, and hope they find their way back to us. 

We also had two retirements from COL Ulrich Drachen and CM Leocadio of Kappa.  We wish you a nice relaxing retirement.

The TC meetings on discord have continued successfully with some fun flying afterward.  Come join us! 

Finally, Warrior COM and WARD applications have been closed and processed.  Stay tuned for an announcement very soon, but let’s give our promoted and medal grabbers a day to enjoy the celebrations first!
