Well, here we are
in the 'middle' weekend of the RtF Comp and there's been plenty of flying!
We are currently 3rd
behind Beta Sqn (due to the 500-bonus points gained for their MP flying wins
last weekend - well done to them!) and the 'Dream Team' but only by 3 points!
There's plenty of time left & loads more bonus points to go for. What we
really need is for pilots to try their hand at one or more of the 3 High-Score
Free Missions AND to get as many of our pilots to fly as possible - if we have
the highest percentage taking part then this is worth an extra 1500 bonus points!
Gentlemen, please startup your TIEs!
To complicate matters
slightly, we have lost an FM to Alpha Sqn (that's a GOOD thing as our
own LC Quincy Nelson has decided to take-up the challenge of CMDRship once more,
and we wish him the best of luck in his new position!). The only thing is, nowhere
in the RtF rules is there an explanation for what happens IF a pilot
transfers during it.. Oh well, I guess we'll leave The Admiralty to sort that
one out..!

In Closing:
Hopefully then, this coming week will see plenty more flying.
LCM Halk Knight is doing a sterling job of not only flying for the comp but
also going through our Battle-list and flying Battles that will obtain another
Squadron Citation. Due to his and CM Dunta Polo's activity we're doing well
in RtF AND we're up to a total of 33 Squadron Citations, the highest
Epsilon has seen since LC Quincy Nelson joined us in September!
We need more activity though, I am doing my best to add
to the total but another pilot or two are needed to secure the bonus points
we need for Victory!!
