The big news this week is the obvious one: Rogue One hit theaters this week. I personally enjoyed it a lot and I hope you all can make the time to go see it (if you haven't already). And once you've seen it, feel free to join the Telegram Discussion (with spoilers!) that Plif sent out earlier this week.

 

There has been a lot of email chatter over the last 24 hours, particularly in regards to the direction of the TC and EH these days. I'm not going to comment on the material in the original email (as anyone who knows me will already know my opinion on shotgunning that type of email to the entire TC). However, I will say that you don't have to be in a formal leadership role (starting with the Flight Leaders and Squadron Commanders) to have an impact. If you have an idea, take the initiative and figure out what it'll take to implement it. I can assure you, whether you see a report each week or not, everyone in a position is looking for ways to improve our club and will listen to you. It's why vets keep sticking around, after all.

* Overall, it's been pretty quiet. Probably most of us are already checked out for the winter holiday's. Check in if you can, otherwise, enjoy the rest of your year!

 

* As I mentioned, it's been quiet so far this month. Right now, LT Calthranus and LC Kroan are tied for the lead for Beta PotM, albeit a slim lead. Who'll emerge victorious this month? Stay tuned to find out!
