Top news this week is a new pilot added to our ranks, please welcome SL stevenpowell to Sin Squadron!
In TIE Corps news, AD Hawkins has announced that he'll be stepping down as COO at the end of October. LC Silvius will be replacing him, so I suppose they'll be looking for a new Alpha CMDR and a new COOA. Hawkins is remaining on active duty, so we're hoping he chooses the shuttle we'll have waiting to bring him back to the Warrior.
Earlier today I submitted two competitions designed to encourage some progress in our collective FCHG ranks and Combat Ratings. At the end of the month, I'll be awarding Iron Stars to the pilots that increased their point totals the most. It's a little different than the kill boards in that there's more incentive for pilots with a limited combat record. For more details, see the links in the next section.
Congratulations to Theta CMDR COL Mark Schueler on taking third place September's Star Conflict PvP Objectives competition, earning him an IS-BW!
COL Schueler was also the winner of last week's Warrior Trivia and earned another IS-BR!
