August MSE awards were distributed last week. Congratulations to:
- LT Reyla Setsune on her second Imperial Security Medal
- LT Volac Kingang on his third Imperial Security Medal
- CM Bodhan Grayson on his fourth Imperial Security Medal
- CM Junazee on her second Imperial Security Medal
- LC Len Eode on his eighth Imperial Security Medal
- COL Ulrich Drachen on his third Imperial Security Medal
During the MSE process, I also recommended the following two special awards:
- In recognition for having served for over a year as Sigma CMDR, LC Len Eode was awarded the Silver Star of the Empire
- In recognition for having served for over a year as Sin CMDR, COL Wraith was awarded the Silver Star of the Empire
Medals of Communication came out with the evaluation process being completed, big thanks to all the Warriors that stay in touch and keep our community going.
The third issue of the TIE Corps newsletter was released and it's got lot of work from Warrior pilots on display. It's also got a submission from the Hammer, one from the Challenge, and a bunch from the Aggressor, but naturally I'm the proudest of the turnout from the flagship. Having the newsletter come out resulted in 59 Letters of Achievement being awarded to Warrior pilots. Well done!
In Week Three of Warrior Trivia Chapter Five, COL Mark Schueler was the winner and received an IS-BR!
In gaming news, Battlefront's Death Star expansion is out for season pass holders like me and everybody else on October 4th. Per usual, there are a few new maps, a couple of new weapons, two new heroes, and a new game mode. Should all of this have been in the base game? Yeah, yeah it should.
The developer of Star Wars Uprising announced that the game will be shut down on November 17th. I'd put it aside for a while, but it's still sad to see a Star Wars game being discontinued... even if it was a particularly grindy sort of gear upgrading game.
