Welcome, pilots of the Hammer. Although pilots of the Warrior of course are also welcome to read this report. We won't hold it against you! Raise the Flag 2016 continues, and the good news is that we now have a reasonable lock on two top 3 places. As I write this, I am just ahead of GN Pickled Yoda with MAJ Silvius solidly in 3rd.

Unfortunately, the distance between the Hammer and Warrior is still growing, and stands now at nearly 2000 pts. I'm kind of lost on ideas here. The big difference is obvious: where on the Warrior many pilots are showing an explosion in activity compared to their normal levels, on the Hammer that's just a handful. For example: we have 5 pilots with more than 1-00 pts, they have 11....

Fortunately, there's also good news on the RtF fron as COL Clark bagged himself the win in the fiction bonus competition. Nice work, and I hope to see said fiction appear on your record soon!

Oh well, on to better news: we finally filled our open command slot, as the Beta II Flight Leader spot is now occupied by CM Zeke Freeman who has returned to us from the M/FRG Phoenix. Welcome home!

We also welcome a new pilot to the <>em>Hammer: LT Anaba, welcome back to you as well!

The May evaluations were completed, and several medals have already been recommended. The rest should be in your inboxes shortly!

Hammer Pilot of the Month

One point per mission flown for the SP part of this competition, and 1 point per LoC/LoS for the MP part of this competition. Stats will be taken from the killboards.

I think I figured out the big plan. Most of us are holding back, not being very active, and then, starting on the 20th, we'll start collecting points by flying like crtazy, overtaking the Warrior by a big margin this year. It's a good plan, just don't wait too long!
