Introduction - Raise the flag 2016!

First things first it's been a while since my last report and due to real life and a case of the burn outs I let things slip past me. Not saying RL has calmed down but it is Raise the Flag time and I'm back to do what i can to Help the ISDII Warrior win it's 3rd Straight RtF!

For our newer Pilots both in Kappa and in the TIE Corps the Raise the Flag Event is the biggest thing the TC offers and a lot of stuff is on the line especially the PLatnimum Medals and of course bragging right.

So as of midnight UTC the game is on! and you can check results as they are updated on a great site developed by GN Yoda - Raise the Flag Tracking

Just an FYI Kappa has never finished higher than 5th Place in the last 2 RtF's so I hope now with a full squad we can do a lot better than that!

On a Squadron Note I'm sorry to report that COL Impulse was recently AWOL'ed and I want to thank him for being with the squadron and a Long time FLight Leader since all the way back to 2011 when we were Gamma Squadron. I hope he finds his way back to us one day!

Order of the Eddyphotamus Dragon

As you all know I was Honored this past December with being the First Member of the OoED and as per my mandate I have created the first set of rules on how future Member's o the Order will be selected. There are as follows:

• 1) - Each July and December, the members of the OoED nominate as many pilots as they think are worthy to join the OoED under whatever criteria they deem worthy of nomination. Nominees can be current or past Kappa pilots or can be from any other unit if deemed worthy of the HYPE.
• 2) - The members of the OoED will then discuss and vote upon each nominated pilot. This process will take no longer than 30 days. Members that have not voted at the end of the 30 days will be counted as having abstained.
• 3) - Each nominee must receive unanimous consent to join the OoED among the members that vote. Abstained or Absent votes do not count against the total.
