Talon looked to his secretary, Aubrey, to go ahead and send his report. It was unfortuneate that pilots had to be sent to reserves but the wing was only as good as its weakest pilots and hard decisions must be made. He poured himself a hot cup of caf and looked over dossiers of replacement pilots.

Captain Judarrl and I are working together on what might be a new incentive program for the ship. I understand that once you make Colonel there doesn't seem much reason to stay active, so we are trying to remedy that for you guys.

Closing Thoughts
With the dead weight finally put in reserves that puts the burden on us to get out and recruit. Ask your friends, coworkers, wife, whatever. Keep sending in the submissions for your squadron commander's competitions. I like handing out medals for your efforts.
