Good day pilots of the mighty ISD-II Hammer!

I'm slowly starting to realize the end is near. A few more weeks, and the The GoG Games: TIE Fighter will be over. It's been with us for so long, I'll miss it...

Yes, that is a subtle hint: if you wish to participate, then feel free to do so. As we have only one more battle to fly, you can send in pilotfiles for battle 13 or for the whole thing. If you wish to send in a Battle 13 pilotfile, be sure to include also a pilotfile of Battles 1-12, so we can see what you did in Battle 13. Pilots who submit a file for the whole TIE Single Player Campaigns are fully eligible for the overall rewards for maximum score, participation, and the Secret Order bonus medal.

This week also saw the promotion of a long time Hammer pilot, as LC John T. Clark was promoted to the rank of full Colonel this week. I remember him as CM Clark when I took command of Delta back in October 2012. We've been on this trip a long time, and hopefully we will be staying on this trip for a while longer!

The TC website received a few small change earlier this week as well. The one you will notice is that ss of now, the historic record will also reference the competition for which a certain medal was awarded. Of course this only goes back so far, as information about this from before the creation of the current database isn't available. A minoor change you won't notice is the code to implement the changes to the way pilotfiles and MP screenshots are counted on the killboards as outlined by the TCCOM in yesterday's report.

Dempsey's Weekly Riddles

Every week, the report will have a riddle. First pilot to send the correct answer to the mailing list wins. Each victory earns you an IS-BR. Unless it's a 5th victory, you then get a IS-SR. Unless it's a 10th victory, which gives you an IS-GR. A 25th victory will give you an IS-PR!

This week's riddle: COL Frown has found a new career as a door-to-door salesman. And so he wanders across the city trying to sell his Ewok-skin coats to people. One day, he knocks on a door, and a Bothan answers. The Bothan isn't in the mood for his coats, but agrees to buy one *if* COL Frown can tell him how old his children are. He will also be giving two hints: 'Hint one: if you multiply their 3 ages, you end up with 36, and hint 2: if you add them together you end up with the number on the house next door.' COL Frown looks at the house next door and says that doesn't help him, he would like one more hint. The Bothan considers, then says 'the oldest plays the Woot horn'. Frown smiles because he figured it out...

Anyways, I've been a bad boy. In January I said I'd be reflecting on my goals for the year at the end of every month, and I haven't done that for ages. So now that November is over, lessee what I had planned, and what I still have to do this month....
