The first round of the Warrior League competition
concluded with Theta and Sin winning their respective
matches! In December, Sigma will face Theta and Kappa will
square off against Sin. Battles will be announced on
December 1st. Individual awards from the first round:
- GN Pickled Yoda - First place from Theta - IS-GW
- LC Wraith - First place from Sin - IS-GW
- MAJ Flelm - Second place from Sin - IS-SW
- COL Mark Schueler - Second place from Theta - IS-SW
- MAJ Len Eode - First place from Sigma - IS-SW
- MAJ Crix Talra - Second place from Sigma - IS-BW
A reminder about competitions: We take pride in the
competitive culture which has driven us forward throughout
the years. Victors claim the limelight for a moment and
the defeated have a chance to earn their turn in a rematch
sooner or later, so the cycle continues. But at the end of
the day, despite the sparring we do, we are one Corps
committed to maintaining a fun and active community.
This week we had two of our younger pilots reach meet the
criteria for the Commendation of Bravery. Congratulations
to LCM Sparky and LT Leocadio from Kappa Squadron!
Newsletter submissions are due soon enough that there's
not much more time to put them off! COL Frown turned in a
excellent piece, I'm pleased to report. LC Wraith also has
an article in, well done Wraith.
