SQUADRON STATUS: New year of active status, new colors

A little over a year ago, Sin Squadron was re-activated
ahead of Raise the Flag 2014. In my first report, it was
just me, then-CPT Flelm, and an SL that we never heard
from again. Since then, we've had a number of pilots
come and go, but I like to think we're still that plucky
upstart that pulled off a second-place finish against a
ton of veterans (except the ones who got first place).
Very soon now, we'll have another chance to help the
Warrior achieve victory!
April MSE awards came in right after my last report,
congratulations to:
- CPT Nolij on his Palpatine
Crescent
- MAJ Flelm on his Imperial
Security Medal
- Your fearless leader on his Palpatine
Crescent
I'm a lot behind on May's version of Sinner's Delight
because I was thinking about what to do with LoSs. Since
so many of the ones we've gotten this month are from
before, I wanted to make sure those didn't count. So,
the MP version of Sinner's delight won't take LoSs into
account until the 17th, if the version I just submitted
goes through.
So, writing reports on Friday or Saturday just hasn't
been working out. We'll see how next week goes.

| OPEN COMPETITIONS |
The
Competitions Center and Combat Center on the TIE
Corps site can provide all the details for each
competition. In my reports, I'll just be listing short
summaries of each open competition that are open to Sin
pilots. Also, I'm treating the two Ace of the TIE Corps
competitions as a given, since they're always around.
- Star Wars Commander: Persistent Strife: Each time
there's a big Commander PvP or PvE event, do your best
and then send LC Plif a screenshot. (Whole TC, 2716)
- TIE Corps on Patrol: Weekly assignments of one free
mission or battle for TIE, XvT, BoP, and XWA, highest
scores win awards and there are participation awards
as well! (Whole TC, 2689)
- Warrior Trivia Season Two: Five trivia questions a
week in a Google Form, objective is to answer the
questions as quickly as possible! (Wing II, 2696)
- Star Conflict Objectives: Complete the mission
objectives during SC PvP, top three objective
completers win awards! (Whole TC, 2708)
- COO Monthly Challenge: Highest kill amount (with
assists counted as half a kill) in Team Battle or
Domination missions wins a DFC! This is now
automatically tracked from LoC submissions, no need to
send a separate email. (Whole TC, 85)
- X-Wing Replay: This year, we're flying through the
original missions in X-Wing! Pilot file and screenshot
of the debriefing screen should be sent to the TAC.
High scores for the whole tour win awards! (Whole TC,
2664)
- TIE Fighter Replay: This year, we're also flying
through the original missions in TIE Fighter! Pilot
file should be sent to the TAC. High scores for the
whole battle win awards! (Whole TC, 2665)
