Silence before the storm I hope.... April is almost don, then we have to survive May, and then we will utterly destroy the Warrior and have our revenge for last year's loss in RtF. All Hammer pilots have 1 month to prepare themselves!

With last week's promotion of SOO Woody to TCCOM, we had to say goodbye to COL Pellaeon who succeeded Woody as SOO. Congrats to you, VA Pellaeon and welcome back to the admiral's rank!

It does mean though that participation in Hammer on Recon has dropped. I fail to understand why, but if it doesn't get better the competition will either die or change. I still don't get why people fly, submit via the website, and then don't submit for this competition. Oh well, must be me.

More news: well, not really, unless I really missed some stuff. As such, this will be a short report. All that remains is to remind people to send in their pilotfiles for The GoG Games - both the TIE Battle 4 and XW TOD 2 pilotfiles are due no later than Thursday the 30th!

Every week, the report will have a riddle. First pilot to send the correct answer to the mailing list wins. Each victory earns you an IS-BR. Unless it's a 5th victory, you then get a IS-SR. Unless it's a 10th victory, which gives you an IS-GR. A 25th victory will give you an IS-PR!

This week's riddle: The local Aurora Fried Ewok sells its fried Ewok's legs in orders of 6, 9 or 20. What is the largest number of fried Ewok's legs you can NOT order at AFE?

Hammer on Recon

Submit your StarConflict screenshots to me. For Domination and Beacon Hunt, the highest number of captures wins. For Team Battle and Combat Recon, the highest number of "kills" wins, with assists counting for half a kill (rounded up). Submissions not earning a medal will earn an activity point. First place wins an IS-SW, 2nd a IS-BW (with 2 submissions or more, otherwise IS-BW for first). Submissions earn 4 pts for 1st, 3 pts for 2nd, 2 pts for 3rd and 1 pt for others. At the end of the month, the top 3 MP flyers will earn an IS-GW, IS-SW and IS-BW. 10 activity points wins an IS-BW and every 50th activity point will earn an IS-SW. Tie breakers: kills for Domination and Beacon Hunt, Captain Kill or pure kills for Team Battle and Combat Recon.
