Concept is ok, but killing the same craft with very little threat to your own safety is extremely boring-- there's no drive to survive, you just keep shooting! *zzzz*

I actually seldomly submit battle reviews, only when I loved it or hated it. This is the second sort, and I don't agree to the other ratings at all. Variety? Where? OK, there were no fighters in the battle apart from some Y-Wings, but for what price? SPCs with fighter orders, wave after wave, in every mission, and in stacks and piles so that half of them get taken out by ramming into each other without player intervention. That would look ridiculous even if they wouldn't be launched from Dreadnaughts. My "fav" one was mission three, a "gosh we'll all die!" briefing, and then, SPC and scout craft, attacking with mag pulse torps only. Whoho, what a threat. No single laser was fired at me. And how fitting for a "Death Cult" (the bad guys in this story) to use non-lethal weapons only. :P Well, in the other missions they shoot of course.... not all of them though, many ships (like the DREADs) ignore you entirely. The only real challenge in the entire battle is to hit MUTRs with the T/Is dumb laser configuration, and to not get rammed to death by SPCs that behave like drunken wookies (due to the fighter orders). Well OK, the good point about this battle is that it isn't "from the assembly-line" (therefore rating 1, not 0). But being different doesn't equal being good. And yes, I noted that this was your first battle, and no disrespect meant, but it isn't really that great and that must be allowed to be said.

I'm giving this a 5 because of the variety in flight craft and also enemy craft. Each mission also was distinctly different. In short, the battle is a lot of fun to fly -- especially nice not to see wave after wave of fighter craft, and that you need to fly well in older Imperial craft. Well done!

VERY refreshing to see a battle where you don't kill z-95s and r-41s in a T/D, i liked the variety. I liked the plot with its connetion to SW books. Overall VERY entertaining after playing the same sort of tie missions over and over (the first 100 or so tie battle hahaha) i can't give it perfect marks b/c a couple missions just took too long to kill all the replacement waves

I found this battle very good. I appreciated a lot fighting different type of craft, like CORTs, Patrol crafts and Muurian TRNs. The only problem was the quantity of crafts. While fighting 6 X-ws is piece of cake, fighting 3 waves of 6 Patrol crafts can be very hard and boring, especially on mission 3, where you also have to fight Scout crafts and Muurian TRNs on a shielded T/F w/out warheads. This is the only thing that I saw in this battle. Overall 4.

Go easy on this one, it's my first attempt at creating a battle. It was a decent battle for me, and I hope you all enjoy it.
